CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

FOLLOW THESE STEPS AND YOUR MARKUS T GLASSES WILL STAY AS BEAUTIFUL AS THE DAY THEY LEFT OUR MANUFAKTUR

Congratulations, your new MARKUS T glasses are here!
To make sure you enjoy your glasses for a long time, here are some tips and advice on cleaning, care and storage.

CARE & CLEANING

The right cleaning cloth for in-between care

The best way to clean your glasses is to use the cleaning cloth provided or another commercially available microfibre cloth after you have made sure that the lenses are free of abrasive particles.

The right cleaning agents for intensive care

Clear water is the best for your MARKUS T frame. For more intensive cleaning, please pay attention to the cleaning agent you use:

  • Aggressive chemical cleaners
  • Alcoholic solvents
  • Ammonia
  • Bleach
  • Vinegar
  • Ultrasonic bath
  • Toothpaste
  • Lemon juice

And this is how it works:

  1. Rinse - run clear, cold water over the glasses to remove dust or anything else that might scratch the lenses.
  2. Lather - Lather some balsam-free dishwashing liquid between your fingers and spread on the glasses.
  3. Rinse - With clean, lukewarm water
  4. Dry - With a clean microfibre cloth or a lint-free cotton cloth.

STORAGE & SAFEKEEPING

Your glasses are far too beautiful to pack away. However, when you're not wearing them, please put them in your glasses case.
